mucus plug question for moms who had their LO

I lost my mucus plug monday..or I thought it was the whole thing..then tonight the WHOLE thing came out. It was MASSIVE! On monday I was 2 cm dilated 60% effaced. Next apt is this coming monday...Im hoping wishing..this little one comes before then but know odds are Ill be at the dr apt on monday. I have read a lot that it can be days to weeks after it falls out to go into labor. Curious how long it took you?? I should say this is my 2nd pregnancy and I have been having BHC that are getting stronger but not consistant yet.

i lost some of mine last thursday, then more tonight, so im wondering if theres any left in there. How big would you say yours was?

i went into labor the same day i lost my mucus plug ,i was showing no signs of labor at all,and mine was maybe the size of a dime

Monday I lost what I thought was the whole thing it was about the size of a nickle..then last night after dinner I realized that was nothing compared to what i saw..it was the size of a silver dollar. It was really gross to be honest with you. But a good sign none th less:) Been having contractions all morning but again nothing consistant...im really wondering if Im making any more progress. Dh wont consider sex at this point and I think that would be the only thing to get the ball rolling LOL. (the dr told us on monday he could feel the babys head and she has lots of hair...freaked DH out completely I dont blame him haaa)

Sorry to dissapoint but I lost my plug in three large chunks at 29/30 eeks even had blood in it.. Water broke at 37.4 ..soo took me almost two months. On a side note I lost everything that kept regenerating as well..
