If you've had a PP AF...

...was your first cycle really light?  A few days ago, my milk supply dropped (just for two days or so) and I started having dull lower back aches.  Then yesterday, I started bleeding very, very lightly.  It's continued today, but it's so light that I'm wondering if it really could be AF?  I had really heavy cycles pre-pregnancy; I never thought I'd question whether I was on my period!

    Are you breastfeeding?

    My periods have been so light that I don't even need a pad or tampon.  I can just use a pantiliner.  It was the same way after I had my daughter.  I attribute it to breastfeeding.

    I'm breastfeeding, so I guess it's just hormones from that!  I can't say that I mind at all.

    I've had 2 AF's already, and both are just like before I had a baby.  I am EBF too.

    My first PP AF made me feel like it was locia time again.  SSOO heavy and gross.  I went through a super tampon in an hour.  Sucked big time.

    I've had several PP AF's and they were all pretty light but mine were light prior to getting pregnant.  I just need a light panty liner and MAYBE a tampon or two on day 1.
