I need to do something about this belly that makes me look like I'm 20 wks. along, so I went back to my situps routine. I'm scared though... so I started with 5 per day to see how it feels. I've felt fully recovered for some time now.
Well, I'm pretty sore! Looks like it will take me a looong time to get back into a whole regimen again. ![]()

It'll probably take a while to get there. Plus keep in mind that you literally had your stomach muscles seperated. It took me probably 6 months or more to sit up just using my ab muscles. Although, I wasn't as ambitious as you!
I'm glad I posted this. I spoke to my dr. who told me that I have to work my way back to crunches, not jump right into them.
