I was thinking about you the other day. How did the rest of your PT go? Could you tell a marked difference in the end? i still haven't found a PT that will take my insurance.
PT was the best thing I ever did for my diastasis. I do see a slight difference in the overall appearance of the overall "muffin" if you will but the big difference is in strength. Before PT I was in constant pain in my lower back. But now I feel great. But I have what is called a "functional diastasis" now. I have most of the strength back that I need but unless I get my muscles actually sewed together they will continue to pooch.
I'm thinking this Mother Tucker compression may assist my muscles coming back together some. Worth a shot.
For $70 to get some self confidence back I'll try it. I spend more on junk at Target. I'll just avoid Target for a month.

Wonderful! I'm so glad that it worked for you! I'm wondering if we are too late for the belly bandit? Seems ilke there is more compression there than the Mother Tucker. Are you still wearing your compression shorts?
Do you think this is basically the same as a spanx? How long after having a baby can one wear this mother tucker (like 2.5 years ;-) Seriously I'll use whatever works the best...
I bought one off Amazon. I'll let you know when it gets here. But I will not post before and after pictures. Some things you just don't want to see floating around the internet.
I love my spanx tank top. I have one of the name brands not the knock off target brand and it works wonders. I would post bf/afters. lol I love that thing. Danielle you will have to let us know what you think.
Re: Mother Tucker
