Fireplace safety?

We have a gas fireplace that is flush with our wall and there is nothing in front of it to keep DD away from it. Only the pilot light is on right now, but she is already like a moth to flame! How do I keep her away from it once we have to turn it on this winter? Is there some sort of fireplace baby gate that I can put up?
