Hello everyone! I posted a few things about moving to your awesome state a little ways back. 

Just an update:

DH is leaving on Friday to drive over to WA from WI. He has an almost 100% for sure job offer from Bright Horizons daycare and will be staying with his sister in Olympia until he can find a good apartment nearer to Seattle/Bellevue.

It kinda sucks since LO and I have to stay here. :'( But I know it will be great to be settled out there when I graduate in December! I just need to stay strong!

So, we are one step closer to becoming WA residents! Woo!

    December will be a great time to move from the cold/snowy midwest winters to our mild winters here.  And DH can get the lay of the land while he's here.

    You can do it, hang in there!

    Unless you're working in Bellevue.... that's a rough commute.

    Thanks everyone! It'll be rough, but like I said, great to be settled!

    Yes, the commute is going to suck for awhile, but he is hoping to find an apartment ASAP. Maybe around Renton?

    Bright Horizons is a great daycare center. I was looking to get my DD into a downtown Seattle center, but the cost was prohibitive. Maybe after she's walking and talking. Good luck with the move, Seattle (and the PNW) really is a great place to live and raise kids.
