DS is growing up too fast

DS has been crawling for some time now, and that was ok, he has been pulling himself up on things for a while and that was ok too. Today he stood up entirely on his own in the middle of the living room with nothing else around, managed to balance for a quick second and then fell over. This is not OK I am not ready for him to be so close to walking!

I agree. Pregnancy felt 5 years long, but these past 8 months have really flew. A few weeks ago I went in room and she was sitting up in her crib all by herself. I didnt know if I should be happy or sad!

I know, right! I was ok with her sitting up on her own. I was ok with her pulling up in the crib. But I am not ok with her learning to lower herself from standing in a matter of ONE day, and I am not ok with her cruising. We need new furniture or this kid isn't going to make it to a year old.

LO hasnt started forward crawling yet although she has mastered backward crawling. Just Monday night she pulled herself to a standing position. Now Im worried we will skip crawling and go straight to walking...Lord Help Me!!!

I KNOW!!! Simon all in one day started pulling up and cruising. He still isn't crawling, and it looks like he'll skip it all together. Today he was getting brave and trying to let go of the couch and stand by himself. Not cool at all. He's so little I can't imagine him walking around the house!
