It went OK. The last school I worked for had parents freak out and demand to be transferred out of my class because I was pregnant. So that is why I was worried. Plus i have a smallish class this year. Not that I am complaining! Last night only one parent brought it up. That parent has a bit of a reputation for being demanding. She was nice about it but I could tell she was going to go complain. My principal stuck around just in case. She basically wanted to know if I was going to leave or stay. Basically my class has never had much of a steady teacher ever (long story). I have busted my tail whipping them into shape. It shows. But the kids still have a long road ahead. So it went ok. I'm still stressed that they will complain behind my back. I'm such a "people pleaser" and I need to get over that. Thanks for listening!

    I'm so glad that this school/principal stood by you!  The demanding mom will likely complain about something/anything about anybody...try not to take it to heart (easier said than done, I'm certain.)
