I ate a peanut butter and honey English muffin and baby girl went nuts! Felt the hardest kicks I've felt so far. So if anyone is wanting to feel some more movement I suggest som pb and honey;-)
I'm a little hesitant with honey while preggo. With my first I was eating the little packets of honey and found out when I went into PTL that there is a special hormone/chemical/bacteria from the bees that can naturally cause contractions.

I think I remember from health class (so sorry, if this is wrong and out-of-date) that honey is one of the few things that gets absorbed right into the blood stream (that and alcohol). So if this is true, baby gets that sugar kick super fast!

Peanut butter and honey sandwiches were my life saver during 1st tri and I still have one almost everyday. I started eating local honey last spring and ever since I haven't had allergy/cold symptoms (always sick). Love my honey and so does the baby!
