So...I have totally lost my appetite. I am not really sick, not much anyway. But I have to force myself to eat. I used to have a great appetite and could snack all day. Now I have a list of foods I am trying to make sure I consume regularly and I just can't do it! I can barely eat my 3 meals a day, let alone do the 5 or 6 small meals. I am hoping this goes away in 2nd tri. It is just unbeliveable to me because i have always enjoyed food. Anyone found a way to manage this?

I feel the same way and the frustrating part is that I feel WAY more nauseous with an empty stomach but the thought of eating almost anything is revolting. I have found I can force myself to eat really bland, slightly salty things (like wheat thins) and exercising has helped -- a few hours after a run I really am hungry.
