Ok...so this puzzles me. I am going to have a hamper in the baby's room for her clothes, right. But, then I'm going to need a trashcan for cloth diapers (what kind? I have no idea...) and I'm going to need a diaper genie or another trash can for disposable diapers. I have not fully commited to CDing yet. While I hope to be able to fully CD, I know that there are going to be some instances where it may not happen. I just want to be prepared with the right amount of diaper disposal stations. LOL I think I may be WAY over thinking this...but what should I do as far as figuring out what trash can/hamper/diaper genie combo to use.?

How big is your nursery?? Where do you put everything? I am having a hard time figuring out how we are going to fit everything in.

I have a hamper I keep in the bottom of her closet for her clothing.
We CD full time and we also have a TINY nursery so I just got one of the nice looking brushed nickle Command hooks and attached it to the end of the dresser/changing table and we hang our hanging wetbag off of that.
I have a little bitty foot pedal garbage can (like the kind you use in your kitchen, only like max 15 inches tall) that I line with a plastic grocery bag that we throw all the regular garbage in or the occasional diaper. Since it's so small you dont really have a smell issue since you have to empty it once a day. We just put the garbage can right next to the hanging wet bag at the end of the dresser.
My nursery is really small - the two trashcans sit next to each other next to the changing table. Those three things take up the whole wall, but it works. the hamper lives awkwardly next to LO's closet. Not ideal, but it works.
The trashcans are actually pretty small, which is why I bought them.
From your picture, you can definitely put something between the crib and the corner/changing table.
I'd also recommend getting rid of the diaper stacker. They're pretty much useless, I think.
