Med Break

I can feel AF on her way... so looks like we're onto our med break while we save for an IUI. I was really hopeful for this cycle. Things just clicked, and there were so many sighns. 

If it were up to DH, we wouldn't use any meds ever again. He hates spending that money and ending up with nothing in the end.

The school district I substitute for has excellent IF insurance! My one friend did IVF, and it covered everything up to the procedures. It covered her IUIs and all of the meds. Now, if only they could hire me. Even if they picked me up as a long-term sub, I could get their insurance while i'm on that assignment. A 6 week LTS assignment could be a nice cycle!  

For those who are irregular, and you took a med break... how was your cycle after? I'm so afraid of having another one of my 90 day cycles {even though i'd never let it go that long again}. I had those a lot before charting, I haven't had one in a year... i'm due for one.

    I really hope it's not AF coming and that you will still get good news!  I don't have any advice on long cycles, but I have known some ladies who had a normal cycle after a medicated one.  I hope you don't need to worry about it!

    Hopefully it's not af. My cycles were pretty regular anytime I took a med break. The only thing that seemed to mess up my cycles was my ectopic surgery.

    Thanks ladies for the hope, but she's on her way. I really hope I have a somewhat normal cycle. 

     

    I went to work yesterday and the teacher I was in for is pregnant and due in October. I mentioned my interest in her position while she's away... I could start the whole process sooner than I thought!

    What a great opportunity- way to go for throwing it out there!  I'm sorry to read that you feel out for this cycle.  I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you!
