After going to the pedi yesterday for LO's 9 mo check up, I started thinking. She is in the 30% for both height and weight, which is obviously on the low end. She is wearing 12-18 mo clothing. What percentage of babies at 9 mos actually fit in 9 mo clothing?
Re: clothing sizing
LO is 9 mo, 18 lbs (35%), and 28.25" (75%). She wears anything from 3-6 month clothes (some brands that run bigger, I guess) to 9 month clothes.
In general, we still have her 6-month wardrobe in her dresser and haven't taken the 9-month stuff off the hangers yet, with a few exceptions.
DD has been true to size so far. She started wearing 6-9 month clothing at 6 months and is still fitting into them. I think will be moving her into 9-12 soon tho'...her piggies are starting to bust out at the seams.
ooh, I'm not sure how much she weighs (we go for her well check-up next week), but her last visit (a few months ago), the Dr. said she was in the 25th percentile.
My kid is chunky. She has always been ahead of the clothing sizes. She is in some 18 month and some 24 month/2T.
She is in the 99% for everything.
She is 17.6 lbs and 27 inches. Perhaps it's just my LO's build that has her in larger clothes? It's funny because both of my brothers and I were always in the 95%+ (my little brother was off the charts), so this is a big change for my family.
Must be her build because she sounds very similar in size to my LO and she's still in 9mo clothes and she turns 1 in 2 weeks.
