I love plain cheese. Jet City is my absolute favorite. If I'm going to get toppings, I get the Pesto Primo from Pagliacci. Ricotta, bell pepper, and pesto.
We usually get pepperoni, sausage, tomato and olive, regardless of where we're ordering from. I do love Pagliacci and Jet City. But there's also a place by us called Luciano's that is pretty damn good. I love their House Special - it has about 8 million things on it and it's really tasty.
This is totally snobby, but I love making my own. I always feel like store ones have some kind of sweetener in the crust or too much garlic. Right now my faves are cheese and pineapple, or white sauce with veggies (broccoli, carrots) and salami with parm and mozz. Yum! Or just olive oil on the crust with cheese and thick slices of tomato.

A take-out pizza place called Uncle Pete's, in the Chicago burbs, has the best stuffed pizza ever!!! Being from Chicago, I'm a little biased. In general, pizza must have sausage for me. I prefer sausage and mushroom and a thick crust.

My favorite is chicken, bacon and pineapple on BBQ sauce. I'm not a big pizza sauce fan - I'll eat it, but it's kind of "eh". These days we order from Papa John's the most.
DH and I bought Papa Murphy's last week and it was amazing. Seriously, one of the top few pizzas I've ever had. The crust was fabulous! The toppings we got were bacon, ham, pepperoni, onions, spinach, and green peppers. I've been craving it ever since.
I love pizza! Which is why I'm not losing any weight! ha I've started making my own so I'm sadly disappointed when we get carryout (usually papa murphy's when I don't feel like cooking). For the ones we make at home we have a variety of fave toppings
Brooklyn Bridge at Pagliacci - amazing. WIth a side of their Italian salad too
We also are huge Pagliacci Pizza fans here. I love their Brooklyn Bridge (similar to a combo) and the Verde Primo with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, garlic, goat cheese, and mozzerella. YUM!
Our first baby girl, Lucia Joy, joined us on April 1, 2010!
I love pepperoni pizza. Just plain old pepperoni. I do like to make it myself. For delivery, my favorite is Garlic Jim's. I also like Papa John's but they don't deliver when I'm at.

How has no one mentioned the Northlake Tavern? If you haven't been, you have not experience the.absolute.best.pizza in the greater Seattle area. It is SO good. Don't make it there much anymore, since you have to be 21 (no kids). It is drool-worthy.
I also love, love, love Round Table. I swear they put crack in their pizza. Anyhow - my fave is to get pineapple and green peppers.
Locally, for delivery, Pagliacci's is pretty dependable for tasty pies. For really local guilty pleasures, I LOVE Godfather's taco pizza. SO FRICKIN GOOD! with hot sauce. always.
But for truly yummy, yummy pizza I go to Via Tribunali. It's thin crust, wood oven baked deliciousness, and they usually have a nice atmosphere for date night. They also serve carafes of table wine so that helps too.

We are a pepperoni and black olive family, that our standard go-to. I am more unique with my choices if I am by myself. My favorite places are Sorelli's in Mountlake Terrace or Spiros in Mukilteo. Delish! Now I want pizza...
Pepperoni and extra cheese. From Pizza Hut, but it has to be pan style crust. Although we end up getting Round Table most often (which is still good) because DH isn't a big fan of Pizza Hut.

All time favorite would be chicken and mushroom from Venus Cafe in my dad's hometown Whitman, MA.
If it's local, I'd say crazy train from The Rock.
