I work in a university and we have a gym on campus, I usually go in the afternoons or on weekends since I live really near by. However, LO will be farther off in October so I will not be able to go see her during my lunch hour.
I've been thinking of using that hour to workout....any recomendations?
Can i really change clothes/workout/ wash up and change clothes in an hour?
Re: going to the gym at lunch?
How far are you from the gym at work? Or do you work in the same building as the gym?
But yes its definitely doable, just rushed. I used to do it all the time. As long as you're not looking to get in an hour workout out. If you're short on time, skip washing your hair and just blow dry it if it's sweaty. If you're not too sweaty you might be fine with just a change of clothes.
yes. since i still pump during my lunch hour, (we have 1 1/2 hr lunch) i use up the remaining one hour to go to the gym. I just dont pressure myself into using up more than 45 minutes of exercise though. So my routine is like this ( i just move really fast though)
first 5 minutes: change to work out clothes
5-10th minute: stretching
10th to 40th minute: cardio or cardio then some exercise machines and weights
40th to 45th minute: cool down exercises
45th minute to 60th minute: Shower and get dressed
