Last week I posted that I started a diet and I was SO hungry. Well I am on week two and the hunger has gone away. I think my stomach is finally used to eating less. My goal is 1500 calories a day and so far so good!
That's awesome! It's really hard at first to eat less. I have a huge appetite, and I have found I'd rather eat lots of healthy stuff than not much bad stuff.
That's great! I need to get better about my diet. This is how it works for me: I eat everything bc I have no self control and end up working out like mad to try and fix it... ugh....

This is me, except I don't work out... I don't tend to complain about my weight, because I'm 100% aware of why I'm still 50 lbs overweight.
