I had plans of being good today, but DH was up early w/ E and they made me french toast... so of course I had some, swimming in maple syrup. At least it was whole grain bread!
I'd love to join you guys! I got my ok to exercise again, and I really need to get back to eating healthier. I lost 21 lbs or so in the two weeks after having Riley and haven't lost any since...

The last week of August DH and I celebrated our anniversary... and it was a slippery slope from there. The past 3 weeks have been Dairy Queen, Apple Crisps, Pizza, Chinese food, candy bars... I gained 5 1/2 lbs in 3 weeks! Why does it take so long to lose 5lbs and like 2 seconds to gain it. Plus I went down to pumping only once a day and I am missing that calorie burn.
1 month til our Disney trip... I have a lot of work to do

Me! I def need to get back on the wagon. Going back to work has been an adjustment, as I was used to working out during nap time. I have still been running at least once a week for 5mi, but I need to get back to 3x week and lifting again. I need to watch what I'm eating too-we have eaten horribly lately. I'd love to lose about 15-20 lbs by Christmas!
I have to jump on this wagon. I have been out for a few jogs in the past few weeks, but I need to make it a regular thing. We toured the Y and might join next month when my income goes back up once I am back at work PT. My eating has not been very good....

I really need to stick to that mentality. I can still get in a workout and eat a healthy lunch even though I had a bad breakfast.
I'm more of a- "eh, fvck it... I'll start tomorrow" type of person! It's all or nothing, which is my biggest downfall.
