Second NST didn't go as well...

So I went in for my second AFI/NST early this morning. AFI was normal, so I went for my NST. Baby wasn't moving much, so they had me stay on longer and used something on my stomach that vibrated and had a tone that is supposed to wake up baby. They tried that several times and it didn't work. So the doctor sent me back to u/s to get a BPP done. She got a 7/8 on that but was very slow with her movements.
The doctor was more concerned with her growth scan which was now down to only 10%, so she's now in IUGR territory. He talked with my regular OB who agreed that they wanted me to be admitted to perinatal for extended monitoring. So I was wheeled over right from my appt and have been here all day. Turns out I am having contractions, though they aren't regular or too close together.
They gave me my first steroid shot for her lungs, so I'm assuming they figure I'll deliver her sooner than later. I haven't seen the doctor again yet, but I assume she'll be by tomorrow to go over whatever plans they have for us. I'm supposed to get my second steroid shot tomorrow as well. Just wanted to give a quick update on us! I'll check back in sometime tomorrow.

My doctor ended up coming by late last night and said I'll get my second steroid shot this afternoon. My BP has been high (gee, wonder why?!) but with some protein in my urine, they are having me do some labs and a 24hr urine catch to check for any signs of pre-eclampsia... which apparently has a tie with IUGR pregnancies. So if things look good with my BP and labs, they might let me go home today and just take things easy at home.
Hoping that's the case! I don't know how you ladies on extended hospital bedrest do it. I didn't sleep at all because my back hurts from the bed, I couldn't sleep any other way except on my back or we'd lose the fetal monitor connection, and with her heart rate on the low side the alarms went off all the time. Really hoping to sleep in my own bed soon! I'll keep you posted when we know more!

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.
MTHFR A1298C & C677T, Immune Issues and Factor II
~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~
Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
