    It depends.  I do, sometimes, out of habit.  But sometimes I just stop and reflect and clear my head of only them - so basically make my thoughts (not necessarily my prayers) about them.

    Either way, I do it right then and there.  And it's either a prayer (which comes instinctively to me - but I don't always believe.  Eh, that's a whole other story.  Basically, if I'm in a "there is no such thing as God" mood, then I send my thoughts their way!)!!  :)

    Sure do and I hope that they would do the same for me. Prayers are never wasted.

    I try to remember but sometimes forget.   They generally always get my thoughts though...Why do you need an AE for this Q ?

    Definitely. There are some where it's just a quick prayer for them, some that I remember occasionally, and some that I pray for regularly. 

    I would never tell someone I would pray for them if I wasn't going to

    I do agree with what others are saying about praying. I don't really care what anyone does--whether it's praying, meditating, sending good vibes, or just including me in some good thoughts--but if you say you're going to do it, do it. Otherwise just ignore the post.

    If I say I'm going to do it, I do it right then.  Sometimes I say a quick prayer for someone on here even if I don't have time to post that I'm going to say a prayer.
