feel bad for my Hubs

i feel so sorry for him. i am sick all the time, i have no energy to do anything. i dont want to cook i dont want to clean i dont want to go out. i do stuff but it is like i cant finish it. the dishes dont get done the laundry dont. I cant stand to have a messy house but at this point i could just about careless. i normally pack his lunch and make his coffee etc. now im in the bed by 9:00 and dead to the world. then he comes to bed and i toss and turn the whole time it is like he is smothering me. and we cant have sex for right now so that is also killin him. =( i just feel bad for the poor guy!

    I slept on the couch the past two nights because my husband's smell* was making me nauseous.  Me = bad wife

     

    * He'd gone out for a few beers both nights and reeked of stale booze to my hypersensitive nose.  Blech!

    You're cooking his baby, that's all you need to do now.  You've been a great wife and still are a great wife.  Cut yourself some slack - this is only temporary

    I hear you there!  My husband just smells like end of the day human smell and ugh, get away from me!

    I feel for my DH too. He has been such a good sport and understand the last couple weeks. I am hoping the 2nd tri is better on both of us.

    i try. I love to cook and cook all the time and i think he is getting a little tired of eating out or making a tomato sandwich. I try to bring that up every now and then that i am pregnant with his baby. that he helped make. he does get aggravated but this is our first and we both really dont know what to expect. it is a learning experience. thank about the good wife thing. i needed that.

    I could of wrote that post last week...it's not fun, luckily I have my MIL to somewhat look after the house while she babysits the boys so I don't have as much to get done, but I can't wait to be my old self again and feel better!

    I was feeling bad because I couldn't stand the way my husband smelled. lol. I'm glad that I am not alone! He has been so understanding.

    Well I feel bad for YOU! I am going through the same thing and DH has to pick up the slack plus take care of our 22 month old son.

    Be glad for your husband that he doesn't feel like we do! I would EASILY trade!

    I am in the exact same boat!! At least we can have sex now but for like 3.5 wks he was without that too. Thankfully my sister is coming down on Weds. to help me get caught up on all of this housework I have been neglecting...absolutely no energy or will to get anything done! Really hope the 2nd trimester gets better for us all :)

    Glad im not alone in this! Im normally ok with his smell but when he came home from the bar, I couldn't deal with it. The smell of alcohol made my stomach turn. I felt so bad as well haha

    we are unsure of when the whole sex issue will be resolved. it depends on the blood clot they have found... even if they say it is ok im still super scared we have had a rocky few weeks between the bleeding the ER and spotting im scared to death
