Question re: 1st u/s-when did you see a heartbeat?

I've heard you can't see the heartbeat until 6-6.5 weeks.

When did you first see a heartbeat?
I figured you would know better than the 1st trimester board, but I might try there too.

    Our first u/s was at 6w5d and she had a strong heartbeat.

    Pregnancy #1 we saw a heartbeat at 5 weeks 6 days. Pregnancy #2 we saw a heartbeat at 6 weeks 3 days.

    first u/s was at 5w4d, no heartbeats.

    second u/s was at 6w4d, saw two strong heartbeats.

    We saw the heartbeat at our first ultrasound at 6w exactly.

    Our first u/s was at 6 weeks 6 days and we had a very strong heartbeat.

    We saw the HB at 6w1d. It was up in the 140s. My RE did warn me that we might not see it yet but I insisted on keeping the appointment and it worked out.

    6w3d - the earliest my RE will do an u/s!
    Married 08.06
    Started TTC 05.08
    Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH
    DH: perfect
    1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p
    2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!

    Our RE wouldn't schedule us for an u/s until 7 weeks, at that apt we saw a strong hb.



    4 Clomid cycles BFN's,3 injectible cycles BFN, 3 failed IUI's
    Hystroscopy to remove cysts 11/2010
    IVF #1 with ICSI Graydon Dane born Oct. 23, 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks.
    Surprise BFP 10/9/12. Blighted ovum at 8wks. D&C 11/1/12.
    Surprise BFP#2 TWINS!!! Boy/Girl twins.

    my u/s was at 6w4d (I specifically scheduled it that day - a Friday vs earlier in the week so no risk of scaring me) and we could see and hear a HB of 119bpm.

    b/w=FSH 15.6, AMH 0.4 surprise natural BFP on 3/12/11
    DS born via unplanned C-section at 40w6d

    U/S at 5w5d= no heartbeat yet, just yolk sac and gestational sac. U/S at 7w3d= heartbeat at 132 bpm.


    After 2 1/2 years TTC, 3 IUI's, endo, and a lap, a surprise BFP brought us Alexandra Marie!

    My 1st u/s was 5w4days and didn't get to see the h/b. Went back a week later at 6w4days and saw it!
    Married 5/31/08 * TTC#1 9/09 - 2/11
    after anovulatory diagnosis and TTC for 1 1/2yrs with several medicated cycles and one chemical pregnancy, we have our first bundle of joy!

    I was 7 weeks and 0 days..  RE wanted me to come in at 6 weeks for routine weekly u/s and to hopefully see heartbeat but I wanted to wait until 7 weeks so we'd be sure to see heartbeat, which we did.
