Could this be allergy related? BM and vomiting

Sooo my MIL mentioned that Henry had vomited quite a bit when she watched him the past few days-she had given him bottles of BM I had pumped the previous day. I didnt think anything of it-just thought he drank it too fast. Fast forward to today-he has projectile vomited 4 out of 6 times today after a nursing session. I am so worried now that he has developed an allergy. Would it be possible to develop one after having no prior issues. Just don't know what else it could be ...

    Of course it's possible.  I would talk to your doctor ASAP.

    We discovered DS has celiac disease because he started throwing up and had diarrhea and was losing weight.  We didnt find this out until he was about 16 months old.
