I had a very good experience with Perinatal Associates of Northern Virginia. The dr's there are excellent, although some of them may not have the best bedside manor (I'm looking at you Dr. Bronsky). I don't think any of them deliver, so my regular OB did my c/s, but I could be wrong.
I saw them throughout my pregnancy, including daily for a month when I was on hospital bedrest. I was always confident in the care they were giving me and between them and my OB, they got me to 36w4d, despite multiple short-cervix related complications and months of bedrest, which is excellent for twins.
They have an office in Fairfax off Arlington Boulevard and at Inova Fairfax, where they do all the testing.
Thanks! They're who my Re recommended. My re wants them to do the delivery too which surprised me. I assumed I'd go back to the OB who delivered my son and see the High Risk Ob occasionally.

I saw Maternal Fetal Associates in Reston (though not for multiples). The waits in the office were sometimes brutal (not as bad if you schedule AM appts), but ultrasound techs were awesome and two of the three doctors were great. The one I didn't like I had once when he was covering for the other two on vacation so he might have just been cranky and overwhelmed.
