If you were on Crinone....

How soon after BFP did you get the ok to stop it?  For now the RE wants me to use it, even though my progesterone this cycle has been great.  Of course I'll do absolutely anything to bring home a baby, but I still hate this sh*t with a passion of a thousand burning sins.

    I stayed on it through 12 weeks.  I was also on PIO due to low P4 levels on the Crinone alone but came off of that at 10 1/2 weeks.  It sucks, but is worth it to stay on it for that peace of mind.  Hang in there!

    I was on it until 10 weeks.  It does suck but its soo worth it. Hang in there.

    4 Clomid cycles BFN's,3 injectible cycles BFN, 3 failed IUI's
    Hystroscopy to remove cysts 11/2010
    IVF #1 with ICSI Graydon Dane born Oct. 23, 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks.
    Surprise BFP 10/9/12. Blighted ovum at 8wks. D&C 11/1/12.
    Surprise BFP#2 TWINS!!! Boy/Girl twins.

    I was on it until 10 weeks as well.

    IVF #1: 4-11-11= Transferred 1 beautiful blastocyst I named "Nugget"
    5 Snowbabies! Beta#1 4/21= BFP! 226; Beta#2 4/25= 944
    DS born 12/14/11

    Baby #2 FET Nov/Dec 2013

    12/13 Beta#1=BFP 349; 12/16 Beta#2=1,089. First ultrasound 12/26. DS#2 born 8/8/14

    Compared to the PIO, crinone is fantastic. I've been told I'll be on it at least another month.

    My RE told me to stay on it until 10-12 weeks.  So, another 2-4 weeks to go!

    It varies widely, often 8, 10, 12 wks.  If you don't have low P4, it's just insurance that could help you stay pg.  I was on PIO to 15 wks for my FET, but that is longer than an IUI or fresh IVF, since I had been suppressed.  Supps are nothing...

    twins nearly lost to IC @21w, saved by rescue cerclage, 17P & 16w of bedrest
    Our twins born @36w4d via CS when A came foot first

    I am on it till 11 weeks, so a few more days!! Yes it's gross I can't wait to stop "cleaning it out" of me >:
