Ear infections

How many ear infections have your kids had, if any?

My 4.5 year old - 2 (I think.. 3 max)

My 23 month old - none

    grayson had MANY - and ended up getting tubes. I lost count... no idea how many total.

    Griffin also had a lot his first year- but then it stopped so he avoided tubes.

    Gibby has had maybe 3 or 4? not as many as the other two by far... but he has had a few.

    I used to be Goldie_locks_5 but the new nest is so screwed up that I was forced to start over.

    Enough for DS to have tubes once and DD to have tubes twice.

    None.

    Allegedly, I never had one as a child, either, so maybe we've just got big ears?

    DS1 had A LOT when he was around 9mths to 1 year old.  He went to daycare.  After a while of the doctor saying "Lets give it another month", I took the bull by the horns, and made him put tubes in his ears.  Cleared it right up and he's never had one since.  He's 5 years old now.

    DS2 has had one and it was in July.  It was very minor and was gone in about two days.  Never had another since.  He stays home with me since 2008.  I'm a SAHM.
