Is anyone else experiencing more headaches now than ever before? I try my best to sleep them off, but I tend to wake up with stronger headaches and have been taking 1 or 2 acetaminophen pills if they get really bad.

I did for a couple of weeks, but they've subsided. Could it be related to allergies or sinus infection? Do you suffer from anything else? Try ice packs. I find they help when I put them on the back of my neck for about 10 minutes at a time.

I do have seasonal allergies, which are pretty mild right now. I've never been one to get a ton of headaches, so I think that is why I am so bothered by them. I get 2-3 a week now.

Horrible, splitting headache right now actually. I thought it was related to the Zofran, but I stopped taking them today to get a break. Is it possible to get more headaches off the Zofran? I am curled up in bed right now waiting for caffeine and a cold pack for my neck.
I have been getting headaches more frequently. I usually find I am waking up with them then it tapers of only to come back on and off through out the day. I do have allergies so I am not sure if that is what is doing it but I did read it is common in pregnancy.

I've noticed I've been getting them more too. Sometimes, if I don't take Tylenol right away they grow into migraines. Other times, it's mostly above my right eye. I kind of associated them with dehydration so I would double the water. I talked to my doctor about it and she said my headaches are common. She said the only thing you should worry about is if the headaches change your vision.
I've been getting headaches more often now too. It could be because of the zofran (see warning label on bottle). I found out I have a sinus infection yesterday though, so it could be that. Apparently there's medicine for pregnant women if the headaches get too bad that your doctor can give you. I hate needing medicine for everything though =/ Nausea, sinus infection, sleeping problems...

are you drinking enough water? during pg you need more water than normal and dehydration will cause headaches and ptl.
i recommend half your body weight in ounces of water per day, plus 30 ounces for baby as it grows. also headaches can be protein deficiency, how many grams are you getting each day? 60-80 is the normal recommended amount.
hope it's one of those two, since that's something you can correct. feel better soon, headaches suck ass!

I am trying my best to drink a lot during the day. I can't handle much straight water, so I have been drinking Vitamin Water and Gatorade most often. I probably have 60-80 oz a day. In terms of protein intake, I really have no idea. I'm still in the feeling weird phase, so I've been sticking to pretty bland things like bread and cereal and fruit and am hoping that will change soon!

I talked to my doctor about this the last time I went in. She said it was very normal and that it was perfectly fine to take acetaminophen to help with the pain as often as needed (as long as you stay within the recommended guidelines)!
Yes! I had my first migraine a few weeks ago too. Tylenol doesn't help my headaches too much, but I also used ice packs on my neck and head, trying to nap in a dark room, a little caffeine and A LOT of water!

Oh Absolutely and they suck! Feels like someone took a visegrip to my head! I also put a hot towel over my eyes and head and that seems to help at else temporarily.
I'm definitely experiencing the headaches! Mine occur daily with some days being worse than others. I was a headache sufferer before I got PG, but these are a completely different kind of pain. My previous headaches would be exclusively temple pain and now it's more of an all over pain with it being most intense at the back of my head and behind my ears...
Mines actually started the other day and yesterday was the worst! I tossed and turned all night last night with my head throbbing. I hope this does not become a habit because I am still constantly spitting, Im still have M/S and Im still miserable lol Don't need to add headaches to that list, but good luck and I hope we all get better :-)

I have been having really painful splitting headaches as well. I think it's a result of my Zofran wearing off in the evenings...
