Belly bandit and shrinkx- do they work?

Reviews seem all over on these, maybe there are better brands I don't know about, but are these any good for post pregnancy support and "shrinkage?" Obviously they aren't going to make you skinny, but looking for something to help with the jelly belly post partum. Seems like an all in one would be better than two...

    I used the belly bandit after I had DD and I loved it. Not sure it helped with my belly, but it made me MUCH more comfortable after my c-section. I dont think it mattered what I did though, my belly just went back to normal in a few months on its own. And I never wore anything on my hips and they went right back too.
