Drop- In Daycares or Mommy's Morning Out Programs in Saint Petersburg?

Does anybody know of a Mommy's Morning Out Program or Drop in Daycare's in Saint Petersburg? I am a stay at home mom and my husband is currently deployed, we do not have many friends to watch my son, just so that I can have a few hours "off" to simply get my hair done, or run any errands. I have googled these, and have not found anything, does anyone know if any of these programs exist in the St. Pete or Tampa Bay area??
