    My mom is planing on offering a choice of:  red meat, chicken, or fish.

    We're having a late luncheon shower (think around 2pm?) so they are mainly serving little finger sandwiches, fruit and veggies, cold cuts and crackers...that sort of thing on top of a cup-cake cake!

    It's easy and light, due to the time in the afternoon we are having it.

    Thanks ladies. Now I could really go for some quiche! My sister has informed me that she has the menu covered so I shouldn't worry about it... I hate surprises!
