r/p from SAIF: Extreme pain/pressure after IUI anyone?

Yesterday I had to leave work due to severe cramping and pressure in my pelvic area. I got home, laid down, and took two tylenol which seemed to take the edge off. Last night I was better but the pressure has risen to my stomach. I had an u/s today with my RE to check everything out. She said that my ovaries are enlarged due to the amount of estrogen I had, but that is to be expected. She also said that it could be a really good sign in terms of the cycle being successful. WTH...makes no sense to me as I am only 2dpiui.Anyone else experience this?

    I had extreme pressure the day/afternoon/night of my IUI that worked. I can only guess that it was a combo on the IUI irritation and me ovulating. Hopefully it is a good sign! Good luck - I know the 2ww can be torture!

    Had you been taking stims or other injectables?  Do you know how many eggs you ovulated?  On my successful IUI cycle I experience extreme discomfort for a day or two after ovulation because I had ovulated five eggs!!  Thankfully only one of them was fertilized. :)
