  I feel like I say this here too often, but I feel obligated to tell you that Kennedy means 'ugly head' or 'deformed/misshapen head'. I am not too big on name meanings, but I couldn't name my child something with such a bad meaning.

  Would you consider calling her by Kennedy and middle name?  It feminizes it and gives it a unique character.

  If so, I like Kennedy Rose (except the matriarch of the Kennedy family is Rose), Kennedy Grace, Kennedy May.

  A friend of mine just had a little girl and named her Kennedy Kate which I like more and more and I'm not sure why as it is NMS...I'm not huge on Kennedy but it sounds cute I suppose and like PPs said, she will have Kate to fall back on. I also like:

  Aside from the "ugly head" meaning, what happens if she grew up and married someone with the last name Kennedy?  That is a pretty common Irish last name.
