I've had 2. They were both unplanned but not emergencies. The second I was trying for a VBAC but it didn't happen. If we decided on a third I would likely just go for a RCS.
I've had two emergency c-sections, the second time I was trying for a VBAC, but baby's heart rate dropped (like a repeat of my first delivery). I also had a tear in my uterus so if we have a third child RCS is the only way my OB will deliver.
First was planned. This one will be a rcs. I can't have a vbac because they're too close and this one will most likely be the same size or bigger and DS wouldn't fit. I am 99% sure we're done after 2 but any others will also be rcs if we happen to have more.
My second was a RCS,(did leave a little bit of wiggle room for a VBAC), 6 weeks ago.
Would like to have at least one more and that will most likely be another RCS. It's scary, but both options scare me and so far, my c-sections have gone very well.
I have had two. The first was technically scheduled, but only after I had been in prodromal labor for ten days without progress. It was scheduled about three days out. The second was a scheduled repeat.
I'm done having kids, but never considered a VBAC even for number two due to my experience with my first labor and delivery and the fact that my OB was willing to try, but didn't predict a successful VBAC.
I've had one and will likely go for a RCS if we have another. Colin weighed 11 pounds and big babies run in both my family and DH's family so I'm thinking baby #2 may be big as well. We'll see though!

I have had one. It was planned when DD turned breech at 37 weeks (i had another ultrasound the morning of, to make sure she was still breech and she was). My OB and hospital don't allow vbacs and I am fine with having a repeat C/S next time
One c-section, it was expected but not really "scheduled"
I will probably want to attempt a VBAC if we have another baby, but I won't be heart broken if I have a RCS. As long as the baby is full term and healthy is what matters.
I have had 3 scheduled c-sections. We are now officially done having babies I would never try for a VBAC. For me, the c-sections just get easier each time!
Two planned c-section and this little guy is planned for a c-section on Halloween. I'm having my tubes tied so he will be our last. I've had great experiences with c-sections so far and I don't anticipate this one will be any different.
I have had one unplanned c/s. I'm not fully decided on whether or not I want a RCS or try VBAC. I think it will all depend on how the pregnancy is going and if I go into labor on my own.
Just the one. I had a successful induction and vaginal delivery with our oldest son but had a planned c-section with the twins due to positioning (Amelia was breech almost the entire pregnancy and Owen was flipping between breech & transverse). We're pretty sure that we're done having kids but if we did decide to have one more, it would be a repeat c-section. My hospital doesn't allow VBACs.

Re: How many c/s have you had?
I've had two - unplanned and planned and will be delivering via RCS in February or March.
At that time, I'm getting my tubes tied, so I'll have had 3 total.
Just one.
It was scheduled for 38 weeks but ended up happening at 36 1/2 due to blood pressure.
If I have any more children (which isn't likely) I would have a repeat.
I've had 2, one unplanned, one RCS.
No plans for a VBAC having another RCS and having my tubes tied and a cyst removed in Nov. So this will be my third c-section.

I've had two.

I had one unplanned c/s and I will probably end up with another c/s.

2. Both were planned- GD/ large babies. I wanted a VBAC with #2, but he was measuring large so they wouldn't let me.
If I have a 3rd, I believe I'm doomed for a RCS!
