Have you seen your cervical length change from appt to appt? If it went down a decent amount, but the length was still considered "good," was your doctor concerned?
At my OB appt 2 weeks ago, it was ~4.2. A couple days ago at my MFM appt, it was ~3.5. The MFM did not seem worried. To me, though, that seems like a decent change in 2 weeks. I have another appt with my OB next week, so I'll make sure they check on it -- but in the meantime, I can't help but worry a little bit.
Also, a related question -- do any of you have an aching pain really low, near your cervix? This started for me a few weeks ago, and the OB thinks it's just growing pains from my ute (they checked for infection, which was negative). I am probably just over-thinking everything.
Re: Cervical length question -- a little bit worried
i have never been told what my cervical length is - only that it is long and closed. 3.5 is still a great measurement, even though there was a change from the earlier appt. i think with a twins PG it is natural for your length to change like that, and if your MFM wasn't concerned then try not to be. i would definitely follow-up on the length at your next appt though.
and yes, i do get that achiness on what i assume is my cervix. i've mentioned it and was told it was just growing pains. right around where you are in a twins pregnancy is prime time for your ute to be growing and stretching and just being generally uncomfortable. i still get those aches every once in a while now (and now i'm like, OMG i must be in labor, lol).

I agree with all the other ladies. 3.5cm is absolutely ideal. I don't think it means much that it changed from over 4 to 3.5 If it would make you feel better, for peace of mind, push to have it followed up on. But, I think if your OB were worried he/she would be following it closely anyway.
When I was in L&D last week the Dr. was going to check my cervix but said "DO NOT expect 3" b/c the cervix does shorten as pregnancy progresses and it's not necessarily always a bad thing.
