Excited. :-) I have Jackson, Vick & Celek on my fantasy team. I just hate cheering against my *real* team for my fantasy team. We should have a SAHM fantasy league. ;-)
Also- excited to watch BIL play college football. :-) Took DD to her first game last weekend and she did GREAT!

Excited! However, I realized my husband just reset our fantasy league because I was the only one that actually bothered to draft my team and now it is set on auto draft-super annoyed at him!
SO excited...Steelers fan all the way here. Cannot wait!!! It is the only good thing about the end of summer.

Are you dreading it, are you excited or are you indifferent?
I'm so GD grumpy from this rain, flooding, pregnancy that I forgot to get excited. LOL I feel so trapped in my house and body! And tomorrow is my bday and I keep thinking last year at this time the weather was so awesome that we were outside gardening all day in sweatshirts and jeans (my FAVORITE) and now this crap!
Deep breaths ericanandy deep breaths.......

Our house is very excited for football season to start. Besides NFL we have two college teams we watch and usually attend home games. Last weekend we had high school game fri, college fb on sat, and royals mlb on sun. We are a very sports involved family. Hopefully LO is ready for a very busy fall.
We spent last Saturday night drinking and watching one of the best college football games I have seen in a while, go baylor bears:) DH and I joke that college football brings us together and makes our marriage stronger. We both went to huge football schools (Virginia tech and A&M) we eat sleep and breathe college football in our house!
andrews- for some reason- I never pegged you as a sports kinda gal. Cool beans.
Well we only really like college ball, but we live it during the season, E told me the other day she was already sick of sports center poor thing has a lot to learn:)

yeah i am ALL OVER college football. Saturday afternoon football time is my fav. Gisele cracked me up- she saw me watching the highlights of college football and she was like 'Goooooooo Duke' ... and i had to chuckle. (i am a huge duke basketball fan). I didn't have the heart to tell her that its not quite the same lol.
Well I have cracked my first official beer of the 2011 NFL season. Cheers!
I love college football as well, but don't have a strong rooting interest. I went to a Div III football school. I liked Notre Dame because my dad did - other than that I am open.
Usually about 1/2 way through the season I start rooting against Penn State because their fans are so effing annoying. When they almost lost to Temple last year, I thought people's heads were going to explode (huge Temple fans in my house)

That's how I feel about Notre Dame & their fans.
I love this time of year! Between the beginning of football, there's the baseball post-season too! Plus, we're Union Soccer fans and it looks like they're making postseason this year too. I love my Philly teams!
What sucks is Mo's preschool orientation is on Sunday afternoon. I get to go and miss the middle of the Eagles game.

I am a football widow- DH is a high school football coach, so I dread it. It takes a LOT of his time, although I do enjoy taking the kids to his games when the weather is okay.
As for football on TV, I can't stand football but I have accepted that DH is going to watch lots of it and I am pretty much indifferent now.
Re: Football season is upon us!
all I know is I will be relaxing watching football tonight.
Cannot wait.
Just another night that the poor Kings Speech will NOT get watched (had it out from Netflix for about 3 weeks).
Excited. :-) I have Jackson, Vick & Celek on my fantasy team. I just hate cheering against my *real* team for my fantasy team. We should have a SAHM fantasy league. ;-)

I'm so excited! GO PATS!
You reminded me that I'm sad that I'm not doing fantasy football this year.
Excited! Go 49ers! (I know, yeah right!)
Excited for sure, though the Pats aren't playing until Monday.
I'm also a little bummed on a number of fronts: I have plans w/ a friend tonight so I'm missing the President and the start of the football game.
