Hi ladies! PIP time!

We had our little girl, Audrey Elizabeth, yesterday at 8:18am! She was 6lbs. 15oz. and 20 inches long. Such a peanut compared to big sister Stella who was 8lbs. 8oz.! The surgery went perfectly and I'm slowly recovering. She is an exact replica of Stella, just a little smaller and with a little less hair. I can't get on FB at the hospital but I see DHs updates from his Droid have been found That's why I love you girls, I'd be doing the same thing!

The flooding here has been crazy so Stella only got to come to the hospital yesterday. She didn't even really bat an eye at the baby, but did give her a bop on the head and a few kisses so I know they're going to be best sisters! We're under a State of Emergency and my parents may be evacuated today. I'm happy we're high up on the 5th floor of the hospital right now but I miss my other little girl.

oh my, she does look just like Stella in that last pic... how cute! Love her name too! I so thought you were having a boy... but I'm never good at those predictions, so I'm not surprised it's a girl!

Hope you are doing well. That is terrible about the weather there... My IL's live in the Binghamton area (Vestal and Johnson City)... I know my FIL's basement is flooding and DH hasn't talk to his mom yet. Hope you and the family have minimal damage.

Yay, she is a mini Stella for sure! Congrats! I thought of you guys yesterday too (really of your house) and was thinking that you're in a good spot to hopefully not get any water so hopefully that won't be an additional stressor on you! When you get out, let me know if you need anything, recovery is tough!

Oh and at least there's an exciting story for A's baby book about the weather on the day she was born!

Aw congrats to your family she is just gorgeous!! Glad everything went smoothly despite the weather. You are right she does look just like a mini-Stella. Did you have a feeling either way?
