    Hoping I can convince DH to take me out for Chinese after some previous posts about lunch!  I am now craving egg drop soup and chicken and broccoli or beef and broccoli....  OMNOMNOM.  Wink

     

    If I can't convince him to do that (we sort of do live in the middle of no where and the closest Chinese place is a little over half an hour away...), then it will probably be frozen pizza or the salmon filets we have in the freezer.

    In honor of the NFL opener tonight, we are grilling out.  Most likely sausage dogs with some corn on the cob (grilled in the husk with butter) and I am also making a Buffalo chicken dip for a "snack".  :)

    Come on over!  That dip makes enough for an entire household, so I welcome anyone to come and eat it so I don't have to eat it all myself!  ;)

    Some friends of ours are having us over for dinner. I don't know what I'm more excited about their 3 year old and their one month old baby or the enchiladas they're making!
