Im beginning to think my sons obsession with yo gabba gabbaIs becoming unhealthy!! He is a die hard fan at 14 months old!Haha... Whats your LOs obsession?

Poop. Her favorite phrase is "Poop Yucky". If left in a poopy diaper too long she will reach her hand into the back of the diaper and squish it. Also she's obsessed with our dog. Hes her best friend. She follows him around, and gives him hugs and kisses WAY more then she gives me or DH. He's an 80lb German Shepard/ Boxer mix so he can take the crawling all over him.

My son has a thing about shoes. He HATES to not have shoes on, and he doesn't like it when other people aren't wearing shoes. If he notices someone in the house without shoes, he goes and finds them for them. Lately he's been sleeping with shoes on, because he has such a fit when I try to take them off before bed.

When we open up new shoes for him, he gets super excited, and immediately sits down to remove the ones he has on currently. He is also really opinionated about which shoes he wants on a given day - and throws a tantrum if I want him to wear different ones!

Couple things:

Her new book In My Den that has a finger puppet mouse in the center. She seriously expects me to read it to her whenever we are in her room. It has dethroned Very Hungry Catapiller as her new obsession book.

She has discovered she can climb on top of our old coffee table on our back sunporch to reach the built in shelves behind it and play with all the stuff on the shelves. If I leave her alone for sec that is where she's sure to be.

Socks and hats. We have two little canvas bins on the shelves near her changing table, one that holds hats/bibs etc, and one that holds shoes, socks and leggings. She insists on digging thru them each day, picking out her socks each morning and then putting on some crazy hat (or several at once).

As of the last two days, DD has been obsessed with money. Anytime she sees coins she yells out "moey!" and proceeds to freak out until we give her some coins to play with. She especially loves to pour a large amount of pennies from one container to another.

Toes. He likes me to clip his toenails, file his toenails, massage his feet and he likes to line up Cheerios on his toes and eat them.

Shoes. He is constantly bringing me his shoes to put on. He sits in front of me with this huge grin and watches me put them on him.

He also brings DH and I random shoes and drops them on our feet. all. day. long.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

For days. He sees the tv and say "mickey mouse" which actually sounds like "EEEE ASSS" which unfortunately, sounds hilariously like "eat a**"

Also, he won't stop saying "damn it." Luckily, it sounds like "am it"

I need to watch myself, obviously.

Letters and Numbers. All day long.

He counts 1-14 and then scatters numbers up to 22.

He reads all the alphabet letters and spells all day long. He can't spell but will spell out the letters if that makes sense.

That and cars/trucks/trains.

If I need Liam to sit perfectly still I turn on Yo Gabba Gabba. He can sit through the entire show almost without blinking.

Right now he's obsessed with this book we have called "When The Rooster Crows". It's about a farmer who wants to sleep in but the animals are all calling for him. He makes all the animal noises and even says that part where the farmer's wife yells "ALBERT!" to get him out of bed. It's a hoot. We have to read it EVERY time we go in his room. I'm thinking about hiding it.

DD is obsessed with my shoes! She loves going into my closet and pulling out my shoes, one pair at a time and trying them on. it's adorable to see her shuffling around in my high heels, but very frustrating when I'm trying to clean up and every time I turn around there's another pair of my shoes lying there!!

A plunger. I kid you not he loves plungers. haha. When we moved into our rental house there was a plunger in the master bath and he was drawn to it (gross). So I went to dollar tree and bought him his own plunger and he takes around the house everywhere.
