I posted mine on here last week - here is what we came up with:

Grandma & Grandpa,

In this cake holds the key to what I will be,

Ten little fingers and ten little toes....boy or girl, nobody knows!

If the cake is pink, a princess I will be, if it is blue, a boy - cute as can be!

So come on grandma and grandpa, grab a slice, am I a boy? a girl?

It's a roll of the dice.

Now cut this cake with a fork or a spoon and I will see you both real soon!

I couldn't find a cute poem to use on my reveal party invitations (evites) so I wrote one. It would be pretty easy to chane it to fit your situation though...

"We have all been waiting,

Although not so patiently.

To find out for sure,

What Baby Patty will be.

The time is drawing near,

And on the 23^rd we will know.

We?ll all find out together,

What God has made so.

If the cake is pink,

It?s a girl!

But if it?s blue,

He will be the most beautiful baby boy in the world.
