BRU question

I'm going to call them and ask in a bit, but has anyone tried to get a refund for something they purchased and then went on sale?  I can't find an answer online. (they only have answers to return questions if you bought online).


I bought a baby monitor two fridays ago, and tomorrow it goes on sale $70 off.  I know BRU isn't great at stuff like this.  If they say no, I'll try to return it, but I think I recycled a part of the packaging.  

Anyone dealt with this? Bonus points for a Canadian experience.

    I'm not Canadian...... however, we tried to return our High Chair without a receipt and it was on sale and they would give us the sale price. If you have a receipt I think you have 90 days for full price and then it's the sale price. If I remember correctly.

    Well that sounds good.  I just remember when I was waffling over which one, the lady said there was a 30 day trial period, but when I asked her if that meant we could try it out and change our minds, she was like, "well no... it can't come out of the package..."...  

    So helpful.

    I returned my Medela PSA that someone got for me as a gift then bought it back for 20% less..........

     This is what I've done with them and what I would recommend doing. Don't ask if you can, just return it and repurchase it (you might have to get another one off the shelf)

    So I just called them - they say I can bring in the receipt for 14 days for a price match.  YAY!

    I don't really understand why its only 14 days though..  You can return with a receipt for 45 days (it says on the receipt) So what's stopping people from buying a new one, and then returning it with the the first receipt?  

    I shouldn't complain.  Good deals this week on some stuff.  They'll get my 70 bucks right back. :)
