Movement Question

Up until now, all the movements I have felt have felt have been kicks and punches (so cool!)

Last night, I was sat on the couch with DH and for several minutes, I felt what I would describe as a snake in my belly! Very distinct long movements up and down my belly, as though he was dragging his feet around or something?

I'm not concerned, but I was just interested if this is normal? I'm wondering if as he's getting bigger there is less room in there?
Anyone else experience anything else like this?

TTC #1 since 03/09 Dx Unexplained
Jan to April 2010 - Clomid - All BFN
June 2010 - IVF - BFN
Oct 2010 - FET #1 - BFN
Dec 2010 - endometrial biopsy
Jan 2011 - Surprise BFP! - m/c at 6w5d
March 2011 - FET #2. Thawed 11 Day 1 embryos; 5 'exploded' / possible lab error?
ET 4/2/11 transferred 1 blast & 1 morula

    Snake movement is the perfect way to describe it. My little man was doing the same thing this morning. I feel way less kicks and punches and more rolls, turns, etc. It's trippy to see your stomach move like that!

    Same here-I describe it like someone is taking their knuckles and running them around inside my belly.

    When we had our u/s this morning i could see her hand were balled up-that's what been poking me!

    Thats all the movement I usually feel. I rarely get true kicks and my OB said any movment is considered a 'kick' if youre doing kick counts

    Totally normal. I have noticed since I am further along and the baby is running out of room, it is more movements like that than kicks and punches.
    After 2 years of TTC, our daughter was born on Oct 31, 2011!

    I rarely feel kicks/punches...I describe mine as 2 fish fighting in a fishbowl!

    Snake movement....That's great!
