light bleeding after sex?

My hubby and I had a great ultrasound yesterday and we found out the baby has a very strong heartbeat. We had sex this morning and when i got up to go to the bathroom, i there was some spotting and blood clots when i wiped. I called the doctor and they said not to worry but I'm still worried... 

 

Haa anyone else gotten some bright red spotting after having sex?

    It is completely normal... also did you have a transvaginal u/s?

    no it wasnt vaginal, it was a normal abdomin one. I called my mom (because moms know best :) ) and she said not to worry AS DID my doctor but its still hard not to. blood is scary!!

    The doctor just told me at my appointment this week that it is completely normal!
