i came across this blog post earlier and i thought it was well-written and interesting. i was looking for information about why the hell my soon to be four monther has forgotten how to sleep at night. but i'm a sucker for any new breastfeeding info and this included a bunch of information about breastfeeding and the weight gain slow down that often happens around 4 months. here's the link if you're interested:
Re: breastfeeding, 4-monthers, and weight gain
My 4 monther also has forgotten how to sleep. It's driving me nuts. A dream feed by dad at midnight seems to sometimes get me a chunk from 8 or 9 to 2 or 3, but then it's up and down every hour or two.
Oh, and I'll also read the bfing thing. I know it's important to look at WHO growth charts, not CDC for bf babies.

I just posted the same thing. Noah is up every 2 hours starting around 11:30. He used to wake up only once or twice from 7:00-5:00.
