BBT thermometer or a regular one?

I guess I am going to give in and temp. Is it worth the extra money to buy a bbt thermometer?

    Yes, buy a BBT. It's not a lot of money and measures out to the hundredths instead of tenths.

    Its is barely 9 dollars at Walmart.  Worth buying the most accurate.

    I guess I should shop around then.  The one at the pharmacy yesterday was almost $40, which seems ridiculous to me for a thermometer, especially since I haven't finished paying for the first kid.

    40 dollars..really?  I have never seen one that expensive, but all the girls on here told me to buy the one that was at Walmart.  The only BBT one at Walmart(at least at mine) is under 9 dollars.

    The one I got was at Walmart... It's called "Family Planning Basal Thermometer". It's white with a pink cap on the end. The packaging is blue... Company is "Mabis Heathcare". HTH!

    It was at the little pharmacy in the building I work it, and their prices aren't usually bad, so I am shocked.

    Basals go to the hundreths..and $40 really? WTF? Just stay away from the target brand.. it sucks and has favorite temps, so its not as accurate as it could be.
