bad mommy food decision

So obviously something I ate today my peanut did not like, and now it is a no go for dinner.  I can't even drink, so I am smacking gum so I don't get sick!!!    Let see I had, Biscuit and Gravy, Banna, Hot Pocket (pepperoni pizza) some peanuts, and a chocolate pudding cup (sugar free), I also had cranberry/promagrante juice.  I am assuming it was mixture of the last few because I was fine until I ate lunch! :(  I feel yucky!!!

    I used to love spicy food, I made some blackened salmon with some cajun spices, (which I normal love) 2 weeks ago, and I felt so awful the rest of the day and I think it wrecked the next morning too. Just can't handle the spicy food anymore :(

  • Oh girl, I know how you feel!  I have had the worst morning/noon/afternoon/night (you get the picture) sickness.  I am one pre pregnancy that LOVED food. Things have gone smoother since I have started eating bland food.  Plain cherrios with no milk, hard boiled eggs, fruits, walnuts, almonds.  Basically not fun food and just plain water to drink.  And I have found that eating every 1 1/2 (little snacks) so my tummy is never empty.  Also having something like jolly ranchers to suck on helps.  That is basically what the pregnancy pops are.  Hope this helps.  I just can't wait until the time comes when I can eat NORMAL food!
