Swim and dance - soo excited!!! :)

I am really excited!!!  I was a little late to registration, but I got the calls today and DD got into swim on Sat. am's and dance on Wed. am's... I can't wait!!! :)

Now I just have to find a leotard, slippers and tights before next Wed.!!! :P

    Fun!! I can see swimming but dancing, that's a little young isn't it? I thought 3 was the age to start, I could be wrong, I never danced.

    DD started dance about 18 months. It depends on the class/amount of kids. When she started it was a 6 and under class and there was way too many kids- like 35. Then we switched to gymnastics and there are 6 in her class- much better.

    How exciting!  I can't wait for DD to be able to take dance classes.  She doesn't have any patience right now, but maybe in a year or so.  Your post did remind me that I need to get DD signed up for swimming lessons though...have to do that...

    LOL  my daughter has the same on the same days :-)  we started dance today and the place we go to has a closed circuit tv so the parents can watch...it was too cute!  Hope your LO has a blast!

    BTW we got our leotards, tights and ballet skirts at Walmart;  Payless has ballet slippers but we got ours at the studio (they were cheaper there for some reason)

    She's actually late for swimming, she "should" have started at 6mos., but whatever to that... :)

    Dance is more or less mommy & me...it's not really "dance", but they do get to have a recital!!! :)
