This is my second pregnancy and I feel like my clothes are already feeling tight. Probably bloating. I want to start wearing my old maternity clothes but I'm afraid people will think I'm stupid when I'm only 5 weeks along. Am I the only one?
who cares what other people think? just do what makes you feel comfortable
This.
I've been super bloated and have been wearing maternity pants when I need to. I don't give a rat's patoote if anyone objects. It's either mat pants or pajamas.

I agree.. wear them.. you have them.. might as well get use out of them and be comfortable. I put on my "fat" pants today (the regularly loose normal pair I wore a couple times a week through most of first tri last time).. and they already feel snug. I have them unbuckled as I sit at my desk right now. No shame!

totally get where you are coming from. I put on maternity pants today at 8 weeks and I feel ridiculous. Also super worried someone is going to notice I am wearing maternity pants. At the same time I would feel a lot more ridiculous trying to get my bloat zippered up and contained in regular pants. They were just not comfortable anymore.
I know the feeling. I have been bloated since I found out. I told my sister about my tummy and she keeps telling me it's all in my head. My tummy is big at 5wks. Be comfortable. I have found myself wearing dresses and some skirts because my pants are just too tight.
I feel the same way. I feel like my pants are tight/uncomfortable and shirts aren't hiding anything. DH and I were going to try and wait until 12 weeks to tell our families, but at this rate I don't know how long we'll be able to keep it a secret. haha Today I'm wearing my "fat" pants and am so much more comfortable. So I will be digging my maternity clothes out of storage this weekend.
Don't feel stupid, you are not alone. Embrace the maternity clothes, very few times in your life can you get away with going up pant sizes without guilt

I saw my mom on Saturday and she said "Wow, you're starting to look pregnant."
Thanks, mom. Thanks for your support. LoL

I feel your pain - I'm already slightly uncomfortable (from bloat of course, not baby, lol). I agree with PP - do whatever makes you feel confortable. )

I rarely get out of my pajamas unless I have to leave the house.
What can I say? I like to be comfy.
