Traffic report yesterday

I've tried to forget about it, and I've tried to google it but have been unsuccessful. I'm hoping you girls can help.

During last night's commute there was something that happened on I-5 at 145th Street in Shoreline. I only caught the end of the radio traffic report (and didn't pass it because I got on the freeway one exit north of that) which said something about a trooper needing to "sweep up remains". What spilled? What happened? Did anyone listen to traffic last night and remember what that was all about?
