Daycares - Children of the Garden? Avalon? Gonzales? Esperanza?

Hi there,

 I am wondering if any of you have had any experience with any of these daycares - Children of the Garden, Avalon Academy, Gonzales or Esperanza?  I am due in March and am trying to make a final decision.  Any input would be appreciated.

    I have several friends who have had or still have their kids at Gonzales. It's kind of no frills but the staff has been there a very long time and everyone I know feels their kids are really cared for and nurtured.

    My son was at Esperanza and we were very happy with it. He started there at 18 mos, though. The biggest complaints I've heard about it have always been in the infant classrooms- although those have never been much more than I have heard here or on my moms' forum about all kinds of schools.

    My friend had her infant daughter at Avalon, but it's been several years, now (they moved).  I think she liked it, although her daughter ended up getting sick a lot (but that might just be any daycare, in general).

    I have a couple of friends who have sent their LO's to Gonzales and loved it! They said they wouldn't keep them their for preschool,  but prior to that it is great!
