Headed out to get some OPKs for this cycle.  Going to try an unmedicated cycle before IUI #3.  Of course the nurse at the office said "it's so funny that a lot of girls get pregnant on their cycle break".  From your lips to gods ears, sister.  That's also what my OB said to me about after an HSG and that didn't work.

    i got pg on an 'almost' natural cyce.

    went in for my 3 day blood work and both fsh and estradiol were both too high for meds, so we monitored my lone little follie, did some acupuncture, and had an unmedicated IUI.

    Living proof it can happen right here!  We were in the RE's office 2 days before my BFP, going over all my RPL bloodwork and planning out what we were going to do for the next few cycles and his ideas on what protocol we should be using if/when we move to IVF.  He ordered my prescriptions and then I had a lengthy convo with the financial couselor there about their rate structures for IVF and all the "add ons" PGD, ICSI assisted hatching etc. I hope the same happens for you!
