I am starting to look at cribs.... We got DD's as a hand me down (gasp!), so it isn't made anymore, but I would still like a crib that looks similar, since the kiddos will probably be sharing a room for at least a year or so.
I also don't want to spend a lot. It looks like the Graco Sarah convertible crib is the closest match to DD's current crib, and it comes in the right colors... But some of the reviewers complain about the quality of the wood/construction. Of course, others have nothing but good things to say, but since this will also become DD's toddler bed, I don't want shoddy wood, and will pay a bit more if necessary. Just curious if anyone else has it and what they think. Thanks!

Re: XP: anyone get the Graco Sarah convertible crib?
We have 2 of the Graco Sarah's. We have been happy with the construction and the look of it-we actually got a deal on it through Wal-mart. This is actually the deal we did: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Graco-Sarah-Convertible-Classic-Fixed-Side-Crib-Dressing-Table-Bundle-Classic-Cherry/14711297
But, I also am thinking that it won't be their "forever" beds, and we were looking for something cheaper with the thoughts that we'd be buying better furniture later on. I think it's great construction for the price-and I think it'll last through the toddler stage, but I'm not thinking it'll be able to be a full size bed, but for the price we paid for each, it works for us!
Glad you posted this! We registered for the Graco Sarah cribs...they're currently on sale at Target!
